July 2024 saw the return of Gladman-The-Handyman. After a weeks holiday, work continued.
My first job was fitting a Cat Flat, which can been seen in 'Inside Gallery'. This was followed by: moving furniture within an office that I've done a lot of work for over the years; gutter clearing; re-felting a shed roof; fence repairs; re-building the edge of some steps; repairing a porch; various indoor jobs for a new customer in East Cliff; replaced an air vent (as shown in 'Indoor Gallery'; lagging water tanks and replacing a toilet seat; re-felt two more shed roofs; replaced a gutter end and an interior door handle; various jobs for The Amber Foundation, where I have been working for several years.
Also this month I was contacted by Evolution Properties and Hobbs Parker asking me to carry out work in their rental properties.
